We provide repair services for various electronic devices such as phones, tablets, and computers. Additionally, we buy and sell devices and accessories.

Currently owned and operated by a single employee, the owner.
What’s an interesting fact about your business or you that most people don’t know?
The industry is mostly self-taught, with people sharing their solutions to issues online for others facing similar problems to use. Most problems that occur, someone else has already had.
Do you have any advice for new business owners?
Stay humble. No matter how much you know about the industry you are in, the business side is a lot. You have to stay open to learning and taking advice from anyone.
Why are you a Chamber member?
I moved to Newcastle after falling in love with the community during a week-long visit to my brother’s family who lived in town. I knew that if I was going to have a business here, I wanted to make sure that it wasn’t just some place in town but a community partner.
Tell us any history of the business that you would like to share.
Starting the business happened by accident and I couldn’t be happier that my dream job fell in my lap.
I have such an amazing group of customers. I have been brought thank you cards and plants, had people share posts on social media, and everyone is understanding and patient when things don’t go smoothly. Understanding that technology can do random things for unexplained reasons was something I thought I would have to explain a lot more than I do. I can happily say that I have only had one customer that I will no longer do business with due to their attitude and actions. I love Newcastle and its surrounding communities!
