Optimum Dental is one of Newcastle’s newest healthcare additions, opening its doors in May 2025. Even as a brand-new practice, they have already made a positive impression with their warm approach, modern technology, and commitment to high-quality care.
Their team provides a full range of dental services for patients of all ages, including extractions, implants, dentures and partials, crowns, fillings, whitening, and routine dental cleanings. With six dedicated employees, Optimum Dental works hard to ensure each patient feels cared for, comfortable, and confident in their treatment.
A helpful fact many may not know: Optimum Dental accepts most insurance plans, making excellent dental care more accessible for Newcastle families.
The Heart Behind the Business
Optimum Dental is led by Dr. Skyler Peacock, who brings a strong foundation of education, skill, and genuine compassion to his work. Growing up in southern Utah, Dr. Peacock completed his undergraduate degree at Dixie State University before earning his DMD from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.
He chose dentistry because it allows him to work with his hands while building real, lasting connections with people. Dedicated to continued learning, Dr. Peacock has completed numerous advanced education courses and takes pride in offering exceptional, comprehensive dental care.
His mission is simple: provide a comfortable, positive dental experience where every patient feels welcomed and understood.
