What’s an interesting fact about your business or you that most people don’t know?
Serotonin is the "Confidence" neurochemical. When balanced we have more self-confidence and rejection resilience BOTH necessary to create a successful business. We test our client's neurochemicals and give them natural ways to help their bodies produce normal levels to create success faster.
Do you have any advice for new business owners?
You will reach your dream, your success will look like switchbacks on a hiking trail. Success is not linear, you will fail your way to success. The difference between a business succeeding and failing is quitting and your control that.
Why are you a Chamber member?
Because I believe in small business and supporting small business owners. My dad had a small business and that is what clothed me and fed me as a kid. Small businesses are the backbone of communities and I love Newcastle and want small businesses to thrive here.

On adventures, traveling, CrossFit, with my family
